First let me say thank you for allowing us to care for your child in the HBC nursery and Preschool program.  The safety, well-being and spiritual growth of our children are of utmost importance to us.  We count it a privilege to minister to your child each week.

In an effort to better care for our children, we are instituting a new security policy.  The new policy will go into effect on Sunday, March 7.  For the lack of a better term, we will just call it the “label system.”  Upon entering the nursery or classroom, you will be asked to fill out a simple set of labels.  One label will go on your child’s back.  One label will go on their diaper bag.  And the last label will go to you.  Your child will be released to the person who is in possession of that label.  Please remember it is our policy to only release a child to parents or grandparents unless otherwise noted. 

We hope this isn’t an inconvenience to anyone.  We just want to make sure your child and our workers are as safe as possible.  Should you ever have any questions or concerns, please express them to our Nursery Director or someone on the Nursery Committee.  We will do our best to put your mind at ease.    Once again, thank you for trusting us with your most valuable possession.
